What our families say

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need any previous experience to start?

No. Noorani Qaida starts from the Arabic letters themselves, so a complete beginner of any age can join. Tell us the student's level in your first message and the teacher will start at the right place.

What do I need to join a class?

A smartphone, tablet or laptop, headphones, and a stable internet connection. Classes run on WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet — whichever you already use.

Can my daughter be taught by a female teacher?

Yes. We have qualified female teachers and you can request one when you book. Many families prefer this and it is completely normal to ask.

What timings are available in my country?

We teach students across many timezones and schedule classes around you — early morning, after school, or late evening. Send us two or three times that suit you and we will match a teacher to them.

How long is each class, and how often?

The standard class is 30 minutes, five days a week. Longer 60-minute classes are available for Hifz and Tafseer students on the Advanced plan.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. Students in Pakistan get one free class and international students get three. No payment and no card details are needed to book.

How do I pay the fee?

By Meezan Bank transfer or Easypaisa — details are in the payment section above. Fees are paid monthly in advance and you send the receipt to your teacher on WhatsApp.

What happens if we miss a class?

Let your teacher know in advance on WhatsApp and we will try to reschedule the class within the same week.
